Overview
This module provides a planning vehicle for employees to develop an
personal development plan for the next 12 months, based on
development needs identified from a competency assessment and other
sources. It provides a toolset, template and roadmap to guide the
employee through the creation of a personalized development plan to
acquire the additional skills and competencies they need for job and
career growth.
