Overview
This module facilitates the workflow of setting and aligning individual
goals and objectives at the beginning of project or designated cycle;
defines and aligns these goals and objectives with corporate goals and
objectives; provides mid-term validation, interim feedback or goal
update; and results can be added to an HRMS or ERP system.
